“Close to the beach, what else do you need?”

The location is superb. The sea is just across the street. There are a couple of bars in the same building and grocery shops nearby.

To be improved

Although generally clean, the surfaces are quite rough in places. The bed is uncomfortable and the fridge is very noisy - perfect combo for a bad night sleep especially since AC is in the same room as the fridge, so you'll either have to close the bedroom door and be hot or open it and deal with the noise. We haven't used that bath thing on the bottom floor, but because of it the air gets humid in no time if you turn the AC off. Also when booking it was hard to understand what floor the apartment is located on and what exact apartment are you getting. This is more of the awful Booking UI/UX thing though, not a fault of this place. All in all we did enjoy our stay just because of the sea so close by, but we wouldn't stay again

What a wonderful stay in this new apartment! And what a fantastic apartment: centrally located, spacious, clean, beautiful industrial interior, with a pool(!), by the sea, with air conditioning, good kitchen plus clean spacious bathroom. Contact with the landlord was optimal, in short, it’s a pity that we had to leave again!
