We thought that the apartment was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. We liked the location, space and airiness.

Nothing. Location was good but the views from the apartment were horrible. From the living room the view was a very disorganized neighbor's patio. From the bed room, there was no view. The bedrooms had windows to a dark back patio. The apartment decoration was almost absent and the beds were the worse. I could not sleep the entire night, as the mattress was surely the cheapest they could get. In fact, it was more comfortable to sleep in the floors. It was that bad that on the next day we moved to a hotel. Because we could not be refunded, we kept the apartment. Despite the fact that we did not longer stay at that place. The experience has been the worse ever that since then I have decided not to stay in an apartment ever again.
