“Average apartment close to the beach”
The best

Close to the beach, quite big apartment with all the necessities, good terrace. The location is also near the tram stop which can quite comfortably take you to either part of the coast including to the Alicante city centre, but bear in mind that the tram intervals are 15-20min and each trip even if it is one stop only costs 1.45EUR.

To be improved

AC only in the main room, not in the bedrooms. There are fans in the bedrooms, but they do not help that much. The location is good as it close to the beach, although all cafes, restaurants and big supermarkets are at least 20-25min walk, which can be complicated if it is hot outside. Also, the first thing we found in the apartment when we checked in was a huge cockroach in the hall, I sent the photo of it by WhatsApp to the property manager but they did not even respond nor they offered any compensation.

No complimentary water at arrival which would have been nice as we arrived at 2am. Otherwise all good

Could have done with one more lounge chair, the sofa wasn’t big enough for 3 adults to sit in comfortably ( very minor point )
