The apartment was spacious, clean and a great location walkable to the centre.

To be improved

The washing line was dirty so there was nowhere to hang the clothes doing a wash. I had to hang them inside.

The best

It was clean, comfortable and warm but the pictures look much better and it was disappointing in arrival, the neighbourhood is quite run down. The location is good but be ready to climb up hills! The communication with Jenny, the person looking after the apartment was very good

To be improved

4 floors no lift, very narrow stairs. No heating in the kitchen and unable to turn on heating in the bathroom. I ran out of hot water while rinsing my hair so I was quite cold as it was a very cold day 4/5 degrees outside. I was a bit afraid walking on my own while dark as there was an incident in the supermarket earlier on while someone was carrying a big knife and took it and left it on the counter while paying, he didn’t use it at all but still scary to see this
