The best

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. There is a very good air conditioning system in the living/dining room area, and fans in the bedrooms. There is a TV in the living room and 2 of the bedrooms. The kitchen has enough utensils, cutlery and pots and pans to make a meal at home and there are various supermarkets and shops around the area to buy food. There are also cafes, coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance, as well as Recogidas metro station, and the buses were ok to use to get about. So it is a very convenient location with the sites quite easy to reach by foot or bus. The owner was very good with his communication and sending all the relevant information before we arrived and also during our trip.

To be improved

The car park space. This was the reason we booked this apartment, because it had parking included. It was not big enough for our hire car and did not fit, which ruined our trip as we wasted a whole day trying to sort this out with the car hire company, and we lost money by having to return the car (with no refund) as it did not fit. The car hire company would not give us the money back for the error, and it ruined our trip with our children as we did not have a car to go to other cities in Andalucía, as we had all planned. A whole day was wasted going to the airport to pick the car up, coming back to park it, trying to get it into the car park, trying to reverse back out of there when it didn’t fit and then going back to the airport to return it and coming back again! We could not give our children the trip we promised due to this situation. That was a huge disappointment for us and for them. Not to forget the added extra costs and loss of money (taxi fares, bus fares, diesel costs etc)

Modern look, spacious for groups, and well furnished. Highly recommend going to the bakery on Ancha de Gracia.

To be improved

Extremely tight parking. I had a Peugeot 5008 and ended up bumping a pillar. Only 1 AC unit (which is normal there) but it was very hot when we arrived.
