Apto Lux Sevilla

I reserved this specific place to use the pool, it says there are two, one is seasonal and the other is private. I imagined there were community two pools - come to find out there is only one pool and it's only open in July and August (our reservation was for the beginning of June). I was extremely disappointed to hear this (it was confirmed the same day I checked in) as we planned on relaxing by the pool the second day (we stayed two nights because of a wedding), it was over 40*C or 104*F, so we ended up staying in the apartment all day except for lunch and dinner. There was only 1 towel per person and a hand towel, I prefer having two towels per person, I think it makes the stay more comfortable as well.

miscommunication on checkin made it a bit more bumpy. But not a big deal

Not enough plates or wine glasses. Host speaks no English. You need a good translator app.

the outside of the apartment building is very worn out and has lots of trash strewn all over. People walk their dogs next to the parking area so you have to watch out for dog poop on the ground. i nearly canceled before we went inside because it was so run down on the outside. no one speaks English. The owner did not respond immediately with the room number and passcode so we had to sit and wait in reception area until he finally responded. The person at front desk had no information to help us. i wanted to wash the dishes we used but there were no dish towels and there was no tea kettle.
