To be improved

I did not like that I did not receive the deposit after leaving the property and I did have to contact the property twice to get it back. Additionally I got it back 18 days after I leave the property instead of 14 days.

I like the fact that the villa was on the beach.

To be improved

We were not told in advance that the pool is closed off during certain months. The villa was not clean when we got in, it was overall quite dusty and we found some cockroaches during our stay too. It was not as close to the tourist sites as it says on the booking page and we ended up spending quite a lot of money on transport getting to places.
