“Nice apartment for groups in Barcelona!”

Everything was organised very well, the apartment is spacious, clean and modern. Not located centrally, but very handy to go around by public transport, and relatively walking distance to Barceloneta, Barrio Gotico, etc.

To be improved

Some bathrooms could have been better equipped/maintained, in one there was no shower gel, and shower structure was very fragile. Some of the guests found the beds not great.

Upon arrival, water was dripping from the ceiling in one of the bathrooms. In another bathroom, the shower door did not fit. A table in one room was damaged. On the third day, the electricity stopped working in one of the rooms, none of the staff was able to respond in any way.

It was very dirty and we even found some used condoms on the couch, as well as some clothes left from the previous customers I suppose. Also, the main reason we rented the apartment were the three separated bathrooms but one was out of function which was not mentioned before. All in all, for more than 1000 euros for a three day stay none of this should have happened.
