Aqua Vista 2 bed Penthouse with great views

The property host's attitude was very rude. She practically shouted at me because I couldn’t immediately pinpoint where I had parked. Frustrated and exhausted, I decided to hang up and saying that I will send her a location pin instead. I simply couldn’t tolerate her behavior any longer. She was asking if I can see post boxes, as if it was my fault for using the entrance farther away from them, so I didn't notice them at all. My husband ended up continuing the conversation because he had more patience for her attitude than I did. It's worth mention that I have informed the host about being late at the earliest convenience, saying that the earliest we will be there is 7.10pm (the agreed time was between 6 and 7). Unfortunately most of the furnitures are very much used and most of them need fixing. The sofa is so uncomfortable, it was litery sliding from under me. And also 4 people for 7 nights and no spare bing bags, no dishwasher liquid/tablets...

There is nothing we didn’t like.

Not enough toilet paper for the length of our stay. There was no cooking essentials. Nor was there any cleaning product. For example dish washing liquid.

A mix up with overbooking so had to spend the 1st night elsewhere although the host arranged transfers.Dog mess on paths nearby.Spiral staircase ok for us but wouldn't recommend for families with young children. A bit quiet resort.
