“Great location and well-equipped apartment – just a few tiny details, but nothing that affected our lovely stay.”

The best

A spacious, bright apartment with two bedrooms and everything you might need, including air conditioning. Great host, free parking available in public garages, and just a short walk to the beach and the coast.

To be improved

These were just small issues that didn’t affect our stay. An occasional smell from the bathroom drain, which the host tries to mask with a strong scent (easily managed by keeping the door closed), and now and then a tiny uninvited guest from the balcony.

“Nice modern 2BR apt in non-touristy town”

The best

Nice two modern two bedroom apartment in a less touristy beach town on the south west of Tenerife. Close to several restaurants, free parking on the street or in garage and also freeway easily accessible. Apt has all required comforts.

To be improved

Unfortunately there seems to be an issue with the sewers, which gives a weird smell in the apt. It is not very bad, but clearly noticeable. One bedroom on the street with some more noise, the other with a window to the living, however no curtains, so all the light comes in.

Nice location close to beach , and restaurants. Lots of parking space but when is busy you gona spend view minutes drives around home ;)

There is only one minus , mattres they are quite uncomftable

“👌”

The best

Very nice and tidy place, close to the beach and all the bars or restaurants. All main facilities included. Highly recommend 👌 there was no problem to leave the luggage before check in time and get the keys about midday. Very friendly personel.

“Pity about the smell.”

The best

The Apartment itself was very clean and had all the amenities we needed for the stay. We had a hire car and there is an underground car park next to the apartment so parking was not an issue. Supermarket across the street.

To be improved

There was a terrible smell that came from the bathroom, which I assumed was to do with the drains of the building, this was quite overpowering at certain times of the day. The apartment, though comfortable is situated on the main avenue of San Juan so it can get quite noisy with traffic, it's on the local bus route. It is also situated just behind the main square which had a lot of noise coming from it at night, sonic peace and quiet is something you're looking for then this is not the place for you. The resort itself it seemed was only partly open as lots of the restaurants were closed on various nights, so looking for somewhere to eat was difficult, if you don't mind eating in there is a dial a prix supermarket right opposite the apartment.

“Exceptional”

The best

Beautiful clean, bright, modern flat! Location is ideal. Close to the beach, free parking, shops, restaurants, seafront promenade.There is everything you need: a hairdryer, iron, towels, oven, microwave, lots of utensils etc. My friends and I recommend it!
