“Poor customer service”

Quiet complex with a great swimming pool

Out of the 14 accommodations on our tour of Spain, this was the only one where the host didn't greet us in person. Took ages to find the property as it's actually Don Pepe not Aquamarina. The host then expected us to wait outside the property with the hope of one of the residents letting us in through the gate, all on a boiling hot day having driven for hours! Having finally found the hidden keys, we spotted the microwave was missing. Apparently it had just been stolen?? The host told me it would be replaced just as we were leaving, no good to us obviously. I explained I needed one and later that day one was delivered. The host then felt they had done us a favour driving over with their own microwave, absolutely not, it should have been there in the first place, as advertised. The toilet was also broken, which we can't believe the cleaning company hadn't mentioned to the host, but nothing was done for our stay. The host messaged that they would return money for the inconvenience and the spoiling of our first day. We have still received no compensation, and I've messaged them a couple of times, with no response. Shame the host's behaviour as the apartment is nice enough and the pool and complex are good

“A perfect stay in a fantastic location with everything we needed — we’ll definitely be back!”

The apartment was spotless, airy, and full of natural light, with everything we needed for a truly comfortable stay. The beds were exceptionally cozy, and we slept like babies every night. The location couldn’t be better — just a short stroll to the beach, fantastic restaurants, and plenty of shops. The terrace was a great feature — perfect for relaxing or enjoying a morning coffee. We also really appreciated the pool, especially after a day out exploring. Marc was incredibly helpful and made check-in and parking completely effortless. We’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation to anyone visiting the area!

The best

Very modern, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is very nice. Great WiFi and the owner provided a great welcome pack. Great host. The parking is perfect.
