Aquamarina Beach

The apartment was spotless on arrival. Beds were nice and comfortable, air conditioning was working perfectly, nice and cool. Property has everything you need for staying, washing machine, and a dryer was very useful, especially when you come back from the beach with loads of sand in your clothes. Kitchen is really well organised, you’ll find everything you need to cook your breakfast or dinner, unless you want to go out and find loads of good restaurants just around the corner. Very good communication with a landlord, clear and helpful instructions.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! Everything was spotlessly clean, cozy, and very well-organized. The private terrace was a big bonus - spacious and perfect for relaxing. Having a parking space in the building was also very convenient. The apartment had everything we needed: modern furniture, all necessary appliances in excellent condition, and a fully equipped kitchen. It really felt like a home away from home. The location is excellent - close to a supermarket, the port, and a big, beautiful beach. Quiet and peaceful surroundings made it a great place to unwind. Special thanks to the host, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality. We would love to come back again and definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay!

Amazing and very efficient host, great location, super clean and comfortable apartment, wonderful experience. This apartment is located very near the port with great restaurants, ice-cream shops, cafes and a well-equipped supermarket as well as a pharmacy. Right opposite the building, there is a playground, which your children will love if you are a family! The apartment is very quiet at nights, which is a bliss in the busy port area. The airport bus takes you right to Port d'Alcúdia, and it's only a 5 minute walking to the apartment. Buses also go to Palma and other towns around from there. Very convenient. The apartment is very comfortable and spacious and is very well-equipped. The beds are comfortable, there is ample space for storing clothes and luggage, and there is a laundry area to use the washing machine and dry clothes. All rooms as well as the lounge is air-conditioned. Our host was very helpful with great communication from the moment we booked and throughout our stay.

We recently stayed at this gem of an apartment in Alcudia, and it completely exceeded our expectations. First off, the location is spot on!—in a lively neighborhood that still buzzes with charm even in the low season, and the beach is just a short walk away. Plenty of great restaurants nearby, so no worries about off-season dining! One thing to note about Mallorca in the low season: most touristy areas feel like ghost towns—big hotels shut down, restaurants and cafes lock their doors, and every point of interest you can think of is basically hibernating. That’s why it’s crucial to choose a place where the surroundings still have some life, and this apartment nails it. The parking situation: the included basement parking for one car is convenient, and there’s also free public parking not far. Grocery runs were a breeze, with several stores close enough to keep us stocked up on essentials. As for the amenities, the place had everything we needed to feel right at home—fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, washing machine, you name it. It was the perfect balance of vacation ease and homey comfort. The apartment was spotlessly clean, which we deeply appreciated. And the host? A superstar! Quick to respond, resourceful, and full of great tips to make the most of our stay.
