Araucaria Garden & Parking

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment, which is located in an absolutely exceptional area. The location is ideal, allowing easy access on foot to all essential amenities. The Larios shopping center is just a few steps away, offering a wide variety of shops for shopping. Numerous restaurants and cafes surround the apartment, providing a great selection of dining and relaxation options. Additionally, there is a supermarket nearby, perfect for groceries, as well as a pharmacy, which is always convenient. What truly made our stay even more enjoyable was the kindness of our host. They were attentive and available throughout our stay, which greatly contributed to our positive experience. In summary, this apartment not only has a perfect location but is also complemented by a warm welcome. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and convenient stay in the area.

The apartment was like in the photos and located in the city . Just a few minutes walk to the buses, Trains and Malls. Everything we needed was in the Apartment, the place is also quiet and very clean with Security. Geraldo was of so much help when we needed him and he also gave me some tips about the sorroundings like beaches, Cafès for breakfast, buses and Trains. We also recieved welcome cookies and other things like coffee ,milk, cocao for the start Thumbs up to you Geraldo. We will definately come back again

The apartment is really nice, clean, comfortable and well equipped. It’s situated in a big and refined residence. Gerardo is always ready to satisfy requests and information about Malaga. Next to the building there is a big shopping center and there are also cafè and restaurants all around. The city center is quite near and it’s possible to reach it on foot or with a taxi if you are tired. Everything was good.

The apartment owner is very nice. He welcomed us with some cookies and when we needed recommendations in Malaga he immediately gave us needed details via WhatsApp. Very good position, all facilities are near the apartment (train station 5 min walking , shopping CENTER 3 min walking, city center 10 min walking)

The apartment was absolutely comfortable, clean, very safe with security in the front entrance, and very central. The perfect place to stay in Málaga, get to know the city and enjoy the beach. The owner of the house was extremely friendly and welcoming.

The apartment is really as advertised plus more. For instance, nice to find more than enough shower gel and shampoo, even detergent and fabric conditioner for the washing machine, complete collection of plates/glasses/utensils, extra trash bags, broom, ironing board etc. etc. Overcomplete stocked and facilitated. Spacious apartment with the dining table, little kitchen breakfast table, living area with couch (sofa bed) and extra comfy chair, bathroom with bath tub and the bedroom with comfortable bed and large closet. Perfect location, short walk to the train/metro/bus/city center, literally right next to a big shopping mall and restaurant/shops everywhere in the neighborhood. I came in with the train from the airport and it's just a few minutes walking from the train station(s) to get there. I rented a bicycle during my stay and was allowed to store it for free in the parking garage, really convenient. Very friendly and helpful owner too.
