“Great service and location for a short basic stay”

The best

The service from the staff was amazing. The location was great. Lots of food and amenities were close by. Easy to get to from the train station. Good basic accommodation for a short stay.

To be improved

The shower is very tiny. The bed was very hard. Very basic room with no hair dryer or fridge but there is a shared kitchen and fridge downstairs.

“Nothing flash, but does the job”

Good value for money, safe, and helpful staff. Bed was comfortable and the room was okay. Really close to a metro station.

To be improved

It's a bit rundown in places and the bar across the street stays open late, which can be noisy if you have a room with a window onto the street or like an early night. Location is okay, about a 10min walk to the more commonly visited areas of Granada.

Catastrophic on many aspects; - Interruption of electricity from eleven to midnight without wifi, light in the room, even toilets without lights and it was toilest outside the room, my mother is aged can t go to the toilet without light , even electric plugs to charge the phone not working - AC was not working, not enough blankets, nor heating, remote of ac not even provided, while mentioned as part of the service, i consider this as false advertising - overpriced for the quality, i paid seventy euros - Bed was small for two people , not comfortable
