No windows in room, 4 different keys to get to room, tiny room, no reception, unfriendly secretary on phone, no AC. Super uncomfortable

It was okay, but when looking at the location, it wasn't shown in the right place. It took a while to find it. Everything else was fine.

It felt a bit bad that there was no place to think about what the people living there needed, everything else was fine.

You have to share a bathroom with others, not a very big area to spend time inside It was really complicated to access the flat, i felt like i am solving a puzzle

The girl who greeted us was punctual, extremely polite, and friendly. She explained everything in detail.

To be improved

The cleaning was not top-notch. To get to the room, you need to open four doors, and the first two are difficult to open. The window is very small and faces the courtyard.
