Everything about the check-in process was a nightmare. Despite arriving three hours after the official check-in time, we were told there were no keys available. We had to drag our luggage across town to another hotel to leave our bags — completely unacceptable after a long flight. We didn’t get access until 9 PM. The next day, the apartment key didn’t work, and we were locked out again, ultimately paying €90 out of pocket for a locksmith — on top of the €460 already paid for just two nights. The bathroom had water logging, making the space uncomfortable and unhygienic. No support, no urgency from the host.

The best

Everything is thought after. All the hygiene products you need, everything and more available in the kitchen,pots,pans, cuttlery, all the basics from Ikea etc. Felt like at home. All appliances in good order, washer -drier worked well. plenty of coffee and tea. Spacious apartment, liked the amenities, furniture etc. Highly recommended. Good location.

Shower clogs up and very thin ceiling,could hear people living upstairs like they are in your room, noisy upstairs.

We can't say enough good things about this property. So clean and tidy. Absolutely beautiful. Great value for money too. Will definitely book if in Seville again. All the mod cons and Miguel was more than helpful. .

To be improved

It wasn't as close to the centre of seville as I thought it would be but that's my own fault. Plus everything was walking distance or a ten fifteen minute taxi or a bus.
