Cleanliness and shower facility

No airconditioning in the rooms. Fans that were provided did not work at all so very uncomfortable during the night. There was no hot water in the shower in the evening so had to shower with the cold water. Beds and pillows were not comfortable. Ironing stand was broken and would not stand when pulled up. There was too much of sewer smell in the alley leading to the house. On the portal it said private pool on the roof but it was slightly bigger than a bath tub, more of a jaccuzi tub than a pool.

“A good base for couples visiting the old town. Well set up and in a quiet location.”

The best

It is a large apartment which on the surface has high end fixtures and fittings. A location 10 minutes from the top of the old town, quiet and secure. It was plenty for 4 people and had all the utensils you might need if cooking.

To be improved

There is no basic supplies for cooking, just tea and coffee. The shower ran out of hot water one evening leaving three of us with cold showers, ... however, when we called the host they resolved issues quickly (i.e. the lack of a kettle). The roof area and pool are Ok for children, but very hot in the sun with no cover or furniture. The small terrace has 4 chairs but really only 3 people can sit around the table. None of these were a major issue as we spent most of the time out in the town. ,

“Amazing apartment, with everything we need for a family trip.”

The best

The apartment is beautiful, and the bathtub on the balcony is the cherry on top. Everything was clean, the staff was super responsive. I recommend it a lot for families, including with a baby. Would come back and recommend.

To be improved

If I had to point one thing, would be that the pool was pretty packed (for how small it is) and there was music being play loud, but that's more on the guests than it is on the property.

Good location. Great terraces. Good quality design.

To be improved

Terrace dirty, plants dead and dying. No local contact person. Left waiting outside on arrival. Locked out the apartment on last day and no- one answering contact number in Madrid.
