Arcos de Montemar

We had an excellent stay here last week. Staff were super helpful and accommodating. There was ample choice at breakfast which was high quality. The hotel and pool area were clean and well looked after. We had a very restful stay with easy access to a variety of restaurants, bars and shops all within a short walking distance. We would definitely return to this hotel which has a small family feel to it.

I would like to highlight the excellent work of Beatrix at reception. From the very first moment, she was incredibly kind, professional and attentive. She was always very considerate with every guest, making sure at all times that we were comfortable and satisfied with our stay. What impressed me the most was her proactive attitude: she constantly checked if everything was alright and whether we needed anything else, which shows a genuine commitment to quality service. In addition, her friendly manner and warm smile made the experience even more pleasant. Without a doubt, Beatrix is a great asset to the establishment and truly makes a difference. If only there were more professionals like her! Highly recommended

Having travelled extensively worldwide, our experience at the Arcos rates the best. Thanks to Sergio and his staff for making our stay a memorable one. A special mention for Pol, Suzanna and Julio Who are a credit to their profession. We will return.

My family and I have recently returned from a 4 day stay and could not recommend this hotel enough. We travelled in a large group for a celebration. We stayed in a family room which was amble size for the four of us, with a wonderful balcony that was safe for our young children to enjoy. The children even enjoyed a dip or two in the beautiful pool that I can tell would be even more of a sun trap in the summer months. However for us, it was the staff of the hotel that truly made our stay so memorable. Every single member of staff went over and above to make us feel welcome. They all engaged with smiles, laughter and fun for our young boys which was very much appreciated. When I left my mobile phone in a local taxi the receptionist went above and beyond to help me get the phone back. Nothing was ever too much. The genuine warmth all staff showed us was absolutely 5star. We never felt like just guests in a hotel. My children are already asking to return!

Our stay here was made by the fantastic service and genuine warmth we received by all the staff. They could not do enough to enhance our stay. Big shoutout to Julio on the bar and Chantelle at Breakfast. We were travelling as a group of 10 to celebrate my fathers birthday and nothing was every too much hassle to make our stay extra special. The rooms are simple yet clean and well maintained with very generous balcony size for the area. Location is brilliant with the beachfront being less than a 5 minute walk and closeby to the shops to buy essentials you may like to keep in your room, snack, water etc. My wife and I would 1000% stay here the next time we visit Malaga, and having previously lived in the area would say its the best hotel for service, value and location hands down.

Absoloutley fantastic hotel. I never usually do 3 star but took the chance, due to great reviews on here. Place was spotless, food was good and staff couldn’t have done anymore to help. Only reason I reckon it’s 3 star is not having tea making facility in room . Could not fault this hotel. Good location also to explore adjoining towns
