“Wrong choice”

The best

Great dissatisfaction as this hotel lists as 9 mins to walk to the downtown area of Arcos and is miles out in a highway, which is obviously impossible to walk to Arcos. We will not recommend this at all. Talked to manager that did not take responsibility for this mistake . Worst customer service ever

“Nice setting, but dated room that we had.”

The best

Nice environment and safe. But the quad room that we gave us a bit dated.. slow and weak Wi-Fi, no kettle provided to boil hot water, water heater only lukewarm, no aircon in one of the room. They do have other rooms that looks modern and better than what we have. The saving grace was that the restaurant is next to our room, so they can deliver any drinks or food to us in the room. Advice - do ask to see photo of room that you wish to book as the hotels.com description of amenities is not accurate, since no kettle or microwave is provided for our room.

“Unbelievable house on golf course”

The best

Stayed to see the white hill towns. This property was fantastic house and for the price can not be best, has two bedrooms and surrounded by a beautiful golf course. Can't say enough, great place to regenerate during a prolong vacation. Wish l were a golfer would have been perfect!
