The check-in process was disorderly, we wrote to the host in advance of arriving but didn’t receive a reply. We arrived after 4pm and the apartment had not been cleaned, we had to wait, but it was obviously a rushed job as the apartment was filthy. No wifi details were provided, we had to place a sheet over the filthy couch before we could sit on it. We were too disgusted to use the plates and cutlery provided, we went to the supermarket to buy disposable options.

À reading light next to the double bed would have been nice.

It was a bit challenging to find the correct apartment block because it is in a residential complex with a number of apartment blocks, but with no clear identification (like a name or a street number) on the apartment block.

1. Host not reacting on mandatory 1 hour before arrive sms 2. Host doesn’t speak English and is very unfriendly 3. Pictures do not correspond with the 2-bedroom apartment 4. No covers for blankets and pillows, very unhygienic 5. Dirt everywhere, it looked liked it was not cleaned at all 6. Apartment is cold and you can only plug 1 heater at the time. If electricity goes out the main earth leakage switch doesn’t trip. Here is a big electrical problem 7. Whole building has mould, visibly on walls and started to be visible in the cupboards, doors etc 8. It was so bad, that we left after one night.

Hard to identify which of the buildings and entrances is the correct upon arrival at the google address. There is no signage and the instructions are not sufficient. Upon checking, verbal instructions were provided for entering and parking, but once parked beware the nearest elevator may not be accssible to reaidents or guests (has some master key),. you have get clear detailed instructions on which "portal" elevator in parking area is the right one go up to your unit. There are multiple keys and buttons to get in or out of the street level/parking areas, may be hard to keep track of and remember. Keys are unmarked, they tell you to remember the thicker one for something, the thinner for another thing. Wifi password has to verbally obtained from host during check in. Take notes, or consider videoing your check in instruction induction course. Upon first arrival, to obtain further instructions pn where to go, are asked to call a local host outside booking and that host may tell you to meet up with another person. One host was very friendly and attentive. Another host seemed bothered and defensive when asked for help, not particular customer oriented, does not understand hospitality. It is more like a multi residential unit operation here. many residential buildings in the middle of a rural area, many of which appear unoccupied.
