“I stayed here due to location to my family near by. It was a pleasant stay.”

The apartment is large and light and everything is new. A dishwasher and washing machine is excellent to have - we did not use - but helpful to have.

To be improved

I requested for the sofa bed to be ‘made up’ on arrival - as arriving late with a child. It wasn’t and there was only 1 duvet for 2 beds , so we had to go without and it was surprising cold during the night to only sleep with a sheet. The sofa bed was very dirty - there was a dirty mattress protector with hairs and dirt on and doesn’t seem to ever be washed.

The cleanliness upon arrival Communication regarding arrival was great Ideal for a short stay

Towels were not great, too thin, had to use 2 once you had a shower.

“This specific studio apartment is not suitable for a stay. Horrible experience!”

The facilities are good. I previously stayed in one of their one-bedroom apartments in the same building, and everything was excellent. Unfortunately, this time, I stayed in a studio where I didn’t hace a good experience.

To be improved

There is an aerothermal machine inside a locked wardrobe that produces a constant, unbearable noise. I contacted Coroa (the managers), but they said there was nothing they could do, as the noise is not related to the use of heating or hot water. I believe that either the machine should be placed elsewhere or the apartment is simply too small for this system. The managers ignored my concerns. I asked for help, but they stopped communicating with me entirely. It was a very bad experience—resting in this room was impossible. To put it into perspective, there is major construction work happening right in front of the building, yet the noise from that is nothing compared to the sound of this machine inside the room.
