The location was brilliant very close to amenities, shops, beach & restaurants

To be improved

The noise of other neighbours in the apartment block behind. Always shouting and screaming early hours of morning. No fault of the property just inconsiderate people on holiday which was a shame.

“Excellent spacious apartment near playa del arenal !”
The best

Excellent spacious apartment with everything you need. Quiet location just a few minutes walk to playa del arenal. The apartment itself was well equipped and modern. It was the perfect size for a family. Would definitely stay here again.

To be improved

One small word of caution: The kitchen cabinet corners are quite sharp especially on the dishwasher!! When you open the dishwasher these sharp corners are quite exposed and can easily cut someone if they aren't extra careful. It happened to us a few times as we were cleaning the kitchen.

To be improved

Staff weren’t accommodating to our needs, had an early morning flight, and we asked to leave the keys in the apartment however they still made us do the 10 minute walk to the office to drop the keys off. They also made us walk to the office to pick them up, whilst we had over 7 suitcases. We didn’t get told which apartment we were in, which resulted in me calling them 3 times to finally be told which room we were in.
