The best

The location couldn't have been better. The apartment was clean, modern, with all the necessary amenities, surprisingly quiet. Christian was very communicative and helpful. We loved it! We traveled Spain for nearly 3 weeks and this was our favorite stay.

“Beautiful stay in Madrid”
The best

Apartment was in a really good spot for seeing the beautiful sights of Madrid, a lot of attractions were in walking distance. It was clean, compact, comfortable and had everything we needed including a coffee and tea hospitality tray.

To be improved

It was on a very busy street so noise could be heard outside, but not off putting, but not silent. Also there are quite a lot of apartments within the building, so general noise can be heard a lot, doors banging, talking etc

Location was good. Apartment was clean.

To be improved

When we arrived there were no sensor lights in the foyer and outside the apartment. Difficult at night. But by the time we left they were fixed. We also had water coming Into our bathroom from the above apartment. They were going to move us the next day to another apartment close by, but we decided to stay. They were in the process of sorting it out when we left.

“Comfortable stay in city center”
The best

Great location for walking city center. Good air conditioner. Classic, antique elevator and wood stairs added to feel of old Madrid. Restaurants and stores everywhere. Good refrigerator.

To be improved

Coffee pot is frustrating because you must repeatedly push button to get coffee to come into cup. Something about bottom sheet and mattress pad seemed uncomfortable. Maybe bottom sheet did not stay put - not well fitted?
