Arenas Negras Playa La Arena, Newly Renovated

The location of this apartment is absolutely amazing! I stayed here in November, and for this time of year, the area was very warm and pleasant. I especially loved the balcony — it offers a stunning view of one of the best beaches, Playa de la Arena. Everything is conveniently close: just 1 minute to a restaurant, 2 minutes to a grocery store, and 3 minutes to the beach, as well as various shops and cafes. The apartment itself is very cozy and perfect for a relaxing stay. The only thing to note is that I didn’t see an air conditioner, which might be something to consider if you’re visiting in the summer. But overall, this apartment is a solid 5 out of 5, and I’ll definitely be back!

The apartment is fabulous! its newly renovated, with a well equiped kitchen (juice maker, pans, pots, coffee machine, etc), and an incredible view from the balcony. The host greeted us well, left us a beach towel and a sun umbrella to be used on the beach, which was just outside. There is also a nice swimming pool in the building, and an additional bonus is a small gym room (its not advertised as it is very minimal, but definitely a nice add on). The communication with the host was very efficient, Natalya is very nice and makes sure your stay is perfect. In summary , highly recommended!!!

The view from the balcony was great, the location was quiet and we enjoyed being so close to a beach. It is a great place for 1 or two people for a short stay.
