“Pay attention for after charges!!”

The property manager at the first beginning wanted to sell the reservation, after they send the confirmation. After a long discussion with booking they accepted to accommodate us.

To be improved

Please be carefully at the check in, check all the things because they will charge you, even for the cleaning which is paid extra at the reservation. After i did a complain they charge for the noisy and using the barbeque. The customer service Elvira has nothing to do with the customer service. She is not polite at all and count the time when she write to the client.

“Lovely villa in a glorious part of Spain”

Lovely huge pool. Area around the pool. Massive villa with loads of huge bedrooms. Good location.

To be improved

Showers whilst adequate were not good enough for the quality of the villa. Serious plumbing issue ( that whilst fixed within a few hrs) had dirty water flooding one of the bathrooms.
