The best

Breakfast in a beautiful breakfast room. Excellent breakfast included in price. Close to old town. Loved the tiny streets full of tapas bars - staff in hotel were very informative giving us a map and directions of where to eat! First visit to this town but will be back!!

To be improved

We reserved private parking but we could have parked opposite the hotel in a public car park for free - will know for next time!

This hotel has got almost everything just right - spot on. Great location, beautifully decorated, excellent attentive and friendly staff, and a/c that works well.

To be improved

Would have liked the chance to order a larger bed.

“A great little hotel with lovely personal touches, in a good location and with free parking”
The best

The hotel is very easy to find and there is free parking all around the hotel, as well as a free car park right outside (if you can find a space. The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful and the hotel itself is bright and airy, with a lovely boutique/gift shop in the foyer. The staff are only there from 8am-8pm but there is a card entry system on the front door. The room was not as big as it appeared in the photos but the beds and pillows were good and the bathroom had a very good walk-in shower. The aircon worked well and the room had good soundproofing from external noise but there was quite a bit of noise from wardrobe doors banging, light switches turning on and off etc. The location is good - about a 10-minute walk from Plaza Mayor. The included breakfast was fantastic and served in a beautiful dining room, with lovely personal touches. There was a good choice of breakfast options.

To be improved

A fridge in the room would be good, even if only to keep water in, especially when the temperatures outside are so high. Also the slightly irritating internal noise.

“Picture perfect!”
The best

Absolutely lovely! Every detail was considered! Bottled water in the room, fully comfortable bed, everything you could need bathroom, breakfast was absolutely amazing! Check-in was smooth, easy. And the town... just picture perfect!
