“Very cleaned, great location and very comfortable with a great sea view - we loved it! · Cons: People reserving sun beds from early hours, it is not enough sun beds for all people who staying and swimming pool is too small. When we arrived properties were quiet empty so was nice but as the week gone along, it got very busy. The sign says beds can’t be reserved but staff does nothing when people leaves their towels from early hrs. Luckily we did not stay at the swimming pool as were doing our own thing but if I had young children - I would not be happy as it’s just not fair. One day we left around 12pm and some sun beds haven’t even been used yet even though were ‘reserved’ from 8am. Felt for families with young children as they wanted to enjoy but did not have where to sit so had to stand with the buggies and all stuff by the little pool. Really unfair and made me angry that there is a sign there but nobody does anything about it. Amazing place and very clean but I would not stay again for this reason - when property was built, nobody cared that if apartments are full, people won’t have enough space to enjoy it. Everyone pays for their stay so really unfair not to be able to use facilities fully.”

“Nice and spacey apartment with beautiful pool”

The best

Swimming pool was very clean and there is a separate pool for toddlers. Apartments were also clean. There was a bar at the pool where you could get some drinks and snacks. Very good parking facility in the underground car park. Apartment was very spacey with a big balcony (we had a 3 bedroom) that had a nice view as well. The park is clean and perfect for children.

To be improved

Interior was a bit outdated and broken here and there so needs an update/refresh. Apartments were also a bit noisy, could hear the neighbors upstairs walking now and then (didn't keep us awake btw). There should definetly be more supplies in the kitchen (pans, cutlery, knives, etc).

“Fantastic Stay at Arguineguín Park By Servatur VV”

The best

We had a wonderful stay at Arguineguín Park By Servatur VV. The apartment was lovely—spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. Being on the ground floor, it was convenient and had a nice outdoor area with a partial sea view, which made for a relaxing atmosphere. The whole complex is well-maintained, and everything was in perfect condition. The location is great—peaceful yet close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Gran Canaria!
