“Exceptional”

If you are dreaming about slow vacay right on the shore but don't want to escape the infrastructure at all - it's an ideal place to stay in for a few days. The appartments are bigger than we expected - so we didn't use one room at all, I guess it will fit to a big family with a few kids. The kitchen has everything you need. There is a TV which we didn't use because iur TV was a horizon and the Ocean - the view from the window it's the best part and as a benefit you can open the window at night and sleep listening the Ocean. In case if it becomes too boring in this small town there are few options except car how to go to the South and to the North of the island - the transport is very convenient and is on time. A few supermarkets near + local fruit shop and fish shop up the street. A few nice restaurants around, so in case you don't cook you'll not stay hungry. And of course our host was super nice and helpful - time of check in and check out, explanation and recomendations about the area, we appreciate his help a lot.

“La ubicación. El servicio. La vista.”

The best

Perfect beachfront location, with a view, a fantastic view. The terrace is spacious, the bed comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. The host was incredibly helpful as I was very conveniently allowed to check-in early and a taxi was arranged for my return trip to the airport at the end of my stay. I had a wonderful stay and would without hesitation recommend this property.

There was zero customer service/ reception. I received a number of Whatsapps with confusing information (like what floor the room was on) from someone claiming to be our “host”. Exchanging text messages is not customer service and it is disconcerting to not know who you are talking with, especially when they are asking you for personal information to be sent via links embedded into messages/emails, which booking explicitly tells you NEVER to do. For the price of the accommodation, it should not be too much to ask to have someone take the time to say hello in person at some point during your stay and collect personal information in a more accommodating way for guests.

The best

The views from the balcony was amazingly breathtaking and services provided by the owner was fantastic. The owner was very responsive and helpful with all of our questions. The bed was very comfortable

To be improved

The lack of air conditioning was a bit of a struggle with the apartment being built out of PVC but luckily with it being a penthouse the the island being windy we were able to create a wind tunnel with the windows
