Impressions from a 15-day stay in this place were ambivalent. On the one hand - it is a unique authentic house built in the 18th century, but it has almost all modern conveniences. On the other hand, the information that is posted in the description of the house on booking.com is largely untrue. The main problem is that you will have no privacy, despite the secluded location of the house. This is due to the fact that literally side by side with your structure is another house (Mas Ferrer at booking.com), which is not separated from yours, and it is 5 times larger and can accommodate more than 30 people! In particular, when we arrived at the house, in the big house rested 33 people including 15 children. There are no fences separating the houses, so you can draw your own conclusions. One more detail - the washing machine is one for both houses and is located in the basement of the smaller building. Since the description said individual pool, and the large pool located on the territory of the big house was obviously not such, we asked the owner Antonio what kind of pool we can use. He graciously allowed us to use his private pool, which was located 150 meters down the hill, but bordered by a large parking lot for the guests of the neighboring house. In addition, the use of the pool turned out to be time limited, for example the lights were not turned on after dark, we had to ask the owner every time and he was not always available. We were lucky, for more than a week the big house was empty and we used the other pool unhindered. But there was no peace as every day there were various cleaning, landscaping and something else going on in the surrounding area. They were accompanied by noise and the presence of strangers in close proximity to us, which created discomfort. From the inconveniences I would also note the lack of garbage cans, we had to take it by car to the nearest town, very limited supply of dishes and cattlery and no cleaning or change of linen.
