Pretty much everything.

To be improved

My only criticism is that the advert suggests there is a fridge in every room but the reality is one (fairly small fridge) in a communal area for all six rooms to share. We took quite a lot of food with us, as did most of the other guests, and there was limited space in which everyone could put their food

Beautiful character building. Welcoming hosts. Good parking. Self catering possible. Short car trip to supermarket. Walking, cycling facility literally on the doorstep.
