“It could have been nice - but Blockage of sewage in the whole building has been a whole mess.”

The best

Nice location near the canal. No sea view but near the sea - you can walk there. Balcony is to ne north, in summer very fine. In winter no sun on the balcony. Apartment inside is renovated and looks nice. Very friendly and competent housekeeping lady. So - on first view everything was fine.

To be improved

There was a total blockage of the sewage of the whole building. The earlier days toilet water has been yellow (unknown reason). According to the plumbers (three at work) the tube was blocked on the lenght of more than 10 m. Therefore the problem could not be solved and there was no water, shower or toilet use on our last day and night (more than 24 hours). Wastewater was pumped in the bath by the upper apartments. You can imagine the smell and mess. Plumbers really worked hard on the problem until 02 h 00 in the night. House keeping lady did a fantatstic job. However, we were not offered a replacement apartment. In addition, we were refused a refund for the day, not to mention compensation. I think this reaction is completely inappropriate. In short: if I had known all this, I would not have booked there. Smaller construction work not to mention (this can happen).

“Superb”

The best

The location is perfect. A few minutes walk from a sandy beach, restaurants and small supermarket. The apartment is very clean and well maintained. There is everything you need to cook in the kitchen. Beach chairs, parasol, and beach towels are also provided. The pool area is very clean and private. Parking is free on the grounds of the apartment. A nice balcony overlooking a green area that catches the morning sun. There is a lift to all floors. The apartment is soundproofed, and you do not hear any noise from the other apartments. The hostess Adi was very welcoming and helpful.

To be improved

I was disappointed with the complex . There is ongoing construction of lift shafts, which left an untidy appearance around the place. There was some litter also. This is a pity, but I understand out of control of the host of this apartment

“Exceptional”

The best

Very nice spacious well equipped apartman. The apartman surprisingly included beach chair/sun-umbrellas too. Thus near to the beach, very quiet in the evenings. The key pickup was easy, the lady welcoming us was very helpful and kind. The small city is a real treasure, away from the mass tourism. The locals are extremely kind and cheerful in the shops and in the restaurants.
