The best

Location of apartment is good. You can go every historical place by walk. Linen, sheet, towel are clean. The furniture's, Kitchenware and Kitchenette are enough. Organizer firm personnel contacted me before i arrive and give me check-in information. Keys are in a coded box. She sent me code and information, how i use it. She give me links of parking place to park my car.

To be improved

The freezer did not work when i check it while check-in. I sent a text to contacted personnel and she give some instructions to fix it. About 30 minutes i managed to work freezer. Should i do this? Duvet over bed had some dirty points. It should clean. There is not a kattle so we use pan for heating water to make tee or coffee. Although in booking website, the owner says that apartment have parking facilities, i could not use this facilities since they wanted from me 20 Euros bank transfer. My bank accounts are in my country and transferring 20 Euros more expensive. She didn't accept to pay it by cache. When i came to apartment i found a place front of apartment. I asked to her that if i park there, would be a problem. She said that it is forbidden parking front of input of apartment and should be permit from apartment owner. Otherwise, i get a penalty. So, i had to park my car to a 1 km far a parking place. She did not help me enough to parking my car a safety place.

Location is good, walking distance from the main attractions. Great there is a electric fireplace, so in cold months you can keep warm temperature at night. Ok for a short stay.

To be improved

The apartment is located on a street, with direct access from the sidewalk, which makes it very noisy. The bedroom faces the pavement and a square with bars where parties are held, making it difficult to rest. Additionally, there is a church next door, and the bells wake you up in the morning. The apartment has a musty smell and feels damp.There bathroom was uncleaned - hair in the shower. There is no table to eat at, and basic items like cutlery or a kettle are missing, which was inconvenient. The stay is fine if you're looking for a place to leave your belongings, spend just one night, and don't expect too much. The host privately asked us for feedback via WhatsApp, and we informed him of our comments. Unfortunately, he showed no willingness to improve the property and only asked us to leave a rating of 10.

“Great Location, beautifully designed!”

The best

The place is great! It’s very well designed and is perfect one or two people. It’s right off of a plaza so you don’t have to go down a narrow street. The space is thoughtfully laid out and the couch is super comfortable. Also the shower pressure is magical!!!! I’ll be sad to leave it.

To be improved

I wish it had more basic amenities, salt pepper oil in the kitchen. The fridge is quite small and might pose an issue for larger families staying here. Overall no real complaints!
