“Superb”

The best

Very nice bungalow with outdoor jacuzzi, patio and indoor bathroom. It’s part of a very nice glampinglike property with nice guests, host and beautiful surroundings. There are many dedicated places for work, relax and meditation. Everything is very clean.

The place is nice and quite, particular and immersed in banana plants, cacti and flowers

To be improved

To much mails and wa message from an automatic "concierge" (that is used also by other host): so you get a long list of messages mixing all togheather on your phone !! You write something and an AI chatbot responds. An internet link for manage and digit all doc.id infos: finally you have to scan the doc.id's barcode that is'nt recognised!!! That's crazy automation, to complicate your life ... Was'nt more easy and nice speak or see someone that will understand you and just with few messages like other hosts do? At the end a kind spanish customer has helped us to enter and find our nice bungalow!!!

“Lovely stay and great facilities”

The best

We loved the concept, it’s very beautifully done and I think in peak season it would be a lovely community. The kitchen area is also great, we managed to make breakfast and dinner here which was helpful. Plenty of fridge space and an oven. Private parking on site too. The communication with the hosts via WhatsApp was clear.

To be improved

We got a cabin with a hot tub, although the wood that was provided made the water luke warm, which was a shame (we followed the instructions they gave), so bare this in mind as we stayed for 2 nights and there definitely wasn’t enough wood for both nights. The windows don’t lock on the cabins… we felt okay about this as we could store things in the car, but not the most handy situation. The fridge inside the cabin made it extremely hot, we turned this off directly. We didn’t see anyone who worked here face to face. Even the check in is done online. For such a concept, we expected things to be a little more personal in this respect. Of course it does get hot inside the cabins (no aircon) so bare that in mind.
