Apartment is ok , clean and big space . If you came with a car , it will be dificult to find a parking place . Views from rooms and kitchen are not a pleasure. The third floor situation with no elevator.

The best

This is the best property I could ever get in Arrecife. I was with family and 2 kids. So everyone had a room and felt like home. Kids loved it as we did too. It is a luxury property very well managed and very well located. Kitchen is a very plus point with additional bonus as wash machine. Drying cloth in the Sun on the roof is another nice thing. I'm very pleased with the property. If you happen to rent a car from airport then definitely park in the parking lot of Grand hotel next to the beach. It is very for money if you park for longer days. The property is just 800m from the parking lot. Grand hotel has a underground parking lot where your car will be safe and access to the parking lot is 24x7. Restaurants, shopping, Open mall and beach all so near by that you don't even need a car to go to lunch or dinner. I strongly recommend this property. Thank you Downtown Oasis.

To be improved

The property is on 3rd floor and building has no lift. I've grown up kids and had cabin baggages and managed easily. If you've small baby with stroller or big baggages then it might be a bit hassle. But if you just ignore this point, I would say it is the best place and feels like a luxury hotel with more than enough space.

The best

Great modern apartment, well-furnished, very clean and spacious, all you need is there. Location is very central, 5 minutes to El Charco, easy to get to including by public transport, and we really would recommend this flat to anyone travelling to Arrecife.

To be improved

We didn't like not knowing until the very last minute whether there was a key box or whether we would have to arrange a time to meet with someone who would let us in. The instructions only came the day before leaving, confirming there was going to be a key box. The code to the box instead would only have been sent to us on the day of arrival and it was only at our insistence that they agreed to send it the day before arrival. It would be much better and much more stress-free to be told from the outset (from when you book) that you will be able to access the flat via a key box for the key. It would also be less stressful to automatically receive the code a day or a few days before arrival.
