Extremely clean and welcoming... amazing location to stay in Arrecife or explore Lanzarote. Only negative it's a bit dated, but it's extremely well kept.

The best

Good location, opposite the beach. It was clean and tidy. Very spacious. Access to rooftop terrace. Hosts were very accommodating when i asked for late checkout due to night time flights.

To be improved

The front gate to the apartment complex is VERY hard to open as you have to keep jiggling the door and key to open it. It’s was very frustrating. Often took multiple tries to open. Found a small cockroach in one bathroom sink on the last day.

The best

Spacious two bed apartment close to Reducto beach. Great views of the coast from the apartment and roof terrace. Strong WiFi Plenty of storage in the bedrooms. Pleasant bathrooms, lovely towels. Compact kitchen..dated but useable. Main bedroom well furnished and bed comfortable.

To be improved

Second bedroom single bed uncomfortable with poor quality bedding and useless pillow. Roof terrace furniture in poor condition and unusable. Couch in living room had broken arm..Unable to use it in case it fell apart.
