“Very clean and good sized living space. Kitchen facilities good. Access to apartment very easy. Good check in guide. · Cons: Neighbours did not like tourists staying in the apartment block. Unwelcome signs put in lifts and under our apartment door. Apartment was very hot with no air conditioning. Fans are needed for night time as apartment on the 10th floor”

“Very enjoyable stay in Barcelona and the apartment more than fulfilled our needs.”

Good location very close to a metro stop and nearby grocery shops and coffee shops.

To be improved

The old lifts in the building are quite small when travelling with children as we had our 3 children with us and often would only fit one adult and one child per lift when carrying luggage.
