One of the A/C wasn’t working, it was eventually fixed with a considerable delay. Then I got stuck inside the bathroom for one hour and a half, had to call the fire department for support. The property didn’t treat it as an emergency or helped, they only said it was too early for a Monday to be working at 9:40am. They sent a lady who didn’t know how to fix the problem and who told us to call the fire department

“Very bad apartment.”

Noting, it’s really bad apartment.

We have arrived at the apartment at 15:07 p.m and the apartment was dirty and the cleaners just started to clean the house. We have tried to contact with apartment owner but no answer to our call, so we have waited 40 minutes then we leaved the apartment. The apartment was very very very dirty and the beds were very low quality, the toilet also looked worst. The apartment is not look like in the pictures. Finally even the booking.com couldn’t contact with them.

“Did not let us in the room on time. Poor communication.”

Nothing. They were over an hour late letting us in the apartment. We were supposed to have been given information to access the apartment an hour before check-in, which was 3pm. We messaged them and called multiple times when we got to Madrid before 3 and did not hear back from them until after 4. We stood in the cold rain outside the apartment for 30 minutes, trying to get in touch with them. We finally had to book another room somewhere else. We had to drag our suitcases 12 minutes down the road to the other apartment and rush to get to the Real Madrid game on time. The lack of communication is unacceptable. If they simply had responded and let us know that they were running late, we could have used that information to make an informed decision on what was best for us. Instead, we had to scramble to adjust plans at the last minute.
