“Great location, good for solo travellers”
The best

The location was great! Instructions on how to enter the room were very detailed and precise which made things so easy when arriving. It was a scorching hot day, but once inside the building was lovely and cool. So was our room. We spent two nights and were always glad of the coolness to come back to. It is located close to a Main Street, but we heard no traffic or other noise both nights.

To be improved

The toilet is only a couple of meters from the bed, but with nothing separating it but a flimsy screen. If you’re into hearing your partner on the toilet, you’re in luck. Otherwise, think twice. My partner and I gave each other some privacy by leaving the room, but should not have to do this. If you’re staying here solo, it would be 100% fine.

“Very good location and ambiance”
The best

The place is very near Gran Via, and very accessible by metro, and bus from Atocha. The area is very close to Asian restaurants and few bars nearby. The place gives you a very bohemian feel, but with high-end security lock system, very convenient and reliable.

To be improved

The floor upstairs may interrupt your sleep, as people come up and down.
