“Beautiful apartment with nice facilities.”

The apartment is beautiful and clean The location is central with everything around you The staff are very helpful and the facilities very nice. Fully equipped kitchen and large fridge for all our needs.

To be improved

Unfortunately we were sent the wrong code so had to call in order to obtain. The code for the key box. The parking is a nightmare if you have a big car as it is extremely tight. Perfect for small cars definitely not our SUV

“The hotel is BEAUTIFUL! It's also central to the city so everything is walking distance, and buses are easy to access to get to Alhambra. Staff are also very kind and welcoming. Would visit again. · Cons: The only real downside is that you can't have the air conditioning on when you leave. You need your key card inserted to start the electricity in the suite, so when you leave and take your key card with you, the AC turns off. Then when you get back, the rooms are hot and you have to use more power to bring the temp down.”

“A great place to stay.”

The best

Central to everything. Made it very easy to get around. Parking was very close making luggage transfer easy. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

To be improved

Satellite TV was not working during our stay. The air-conditioning unit dripped into the floor, but it was very hot. The shower head was hand held and the hose would not reach the holder.

“I like the decorations of the room. · Cons: The owner didn't advise the nearest parking address from hotel, it was not easy to get to the hotel by car, as the road was narrow and complicated. Very confused with the map.”

“Neat Spanish hotel”

The best

Loved the town of Granada and hotel was a short distance from all the action.

To be improved

Had to have your key card to keep AC running while out. So was hot when we got back.

“Clean and specious room in a great location.”

The best

The apartment is in a very good location. Walking distance to many restaurants, shops and you can even walk up to Alhambra (~30min). The room is spacious and clean and the kitchen has many appliances and utensils for cooking. It is also quiet during the night

To be improved

The furniture and appliances were a bit old, but they were properly functioning. The head shower mount on the wall was aiming to high so you couldn’t use it.
