“Good location, noisy and dirty however”

Good location, very nice staff by phone. Nice to have a common kitchen.

To be improved

My room was VERY dirty, dust all over. The AC made me sick, it was probably never cleaned or sanitized. It is VERY noisy from other rooms and the street. Very thin walls. There was another guest smoking INSIDE THE KITCHEN, they had cameras but nothing was done. Usually young crowd who party a lot, so expect a lot of noise in late hours. There’s also no sign asking people to keep the noise down.

“Location was incredible - right near the Gran Via and in-between two metro stations. Public park, shops and restaurants all super close. Room was comfortable, clean and functional. Shower was great.Some lovely communal spaces. · Cons: Not the fault of the property, but some of the other guests were incredibly inconsiderate. Loud tv and music often played late. My room backed on to the washing machines, and guests chose to do their washing at midnight - I guess it was an emergency. Some guests invited others to the property where they then left in the early hours of the morning 2-3am, making no effort to do so quietly - literally shouting to each other up and down the stairs. Like I said, not the fault of the property, but an inconsiderate few who didn't seem to appreciate that they weren't the only ones staying...”
