“Superba”

The best

Very grateful for wonderful stay here at this vital hotel. All the staff (Alex & Oscar in reception, Bieto in Restaurant and Amber & Llouis in Gym) were more than generous with their time and help, making solo guest feel so at home. All staff superb, attentive to detail note worthy The chefs and food servers in the restaurants and kitchen incredible - quality of fresh food and drink just amazing. Wonderful location for swimming, hiking scuba and cycling. Adjacent to Cala Galanda beach where children play in clear water & fish swim. Local bars and shops all very friendly and supportive. I look forward hopefully to return again soon. Most importantly Menorca is bio protective sphere with the intention of protecting of fish, plants and all living beings including Menorca horses & animals - finding new ways that we as humans can live and thrive collectively together without cruelty & destruction. It's superb & exciting that Menorca community to move forward with success with this intention - visitors are aware of this nature immersion and protection as role model for other islands and nations in Europe and the world. Well done to this hotel for enabling visitors have incredible experience where they not just observe but actually taste that rehabilitative energy source.

“Will definitely be back”

The best

I have found my version of heaven. Slight imperfections but first World imperfections. No salmon at breakfast, the buffet dinner had too much choice and sand not being cleaned up in my room. But everyone and everything else was perfect. Thank you for 7 days of bliss and see you again.

“Good hotel!”

The best

Great hotel for the night for our Cami de cavalls trip! Room was of a good size, clean and had a balcony. Staff were lovely and friendly and breakfast was good for the price we paid! Certainly happy with our stay! We are looking to stay here when we come for a proper holiday soon as we love the sports facilities they have.

“A wonderful wind defying stay...”

The best

Second time at this wonderful hotel, All staff are all so helpful and friendly especially Marta at reception. The whole ambience of the hotel is one of total relaxation. The Blue Spa was exceptional and the dining experience both at breakfast and dinner was faultless. Nuria and her staff are certainly a well oiled machine!!! Cannot wait to return again.

“Amazing Hotel and Staff”

We stayed 3 nights at ARTIEM Audax to celebrate our anniversary and honestly, this has been the best hotel experience we’ve had in Spain. From the start, everything felt special. We received a complimentary upgrade and found champagne and sweets waiting in the room, which was such a lovely surprise and perfect for the occasion. Oskar at reception was outstanding — always friendly, always willing to help, and made us feel very welcome throughout the stay. César from housekeeping was also incredibly kind and helpful, and the hotel overall is spotless and very well maintained. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with plenty of fresh options and great quality every morning. But what really makes this hotel stand out is the staff — genuinely warm, professional, and attentive without ever feeling forced. The only small suggestion would be to have the outdoor pool heated in April, which would make the experience even better during spring. Overall, a fantastic stay and easily the best hotel experience we’ve had in Spain. We would definitely come back.
