“Nice and very very kind”
The best

very nice hotel with big room very clean. All the people is very kind. Free small food and drinks (coffe,tea, water, beer, wine...)are available in the afternoon and in the evening A big Thanks to Gema who speaks French and thanks to others receptionists.

“Our stay at Artiem Madrid”
The best

The staff were friendly, competent and helpful. We had a computing crisis which one of the staff was able to help us with by suggesting we might be able to obtain a part from a local market which they marked on a map for us. We had a noise problem in our room and were immediately assisted in swapping rooms. The buffet breakfast was exceptional. The hotel is an easy trip by taxi from the airport. We only needed a one night stay and were able to have a quiet room before heading out to the airport early the next morning.

“I wish there was an Artiem hotel in every city I travel to.”
The best

This was an absolute top class experience. We only stayed for 4 nights on a vacation trip (3 persons in a very good size 3-person room), but I can vividly imagine staying there much longer and for either business or pleasure. The hotel is clean and very quiet, the staff is friendly and fluid in English (which is exceptional in Madrid), the breakfast is copious and the complimentary grab & go service is totally beyond belief. Getting in an out of the underground parking garage is a breathtaking experience, but you get used to it after 3 to 4 days. Much better is to take an Uber that takes you fast and safe anywhere at any time of the day, or to take the nearby public transportation options. The only potential improvement to make is the front desk telephone availability in the evening. On the contrary, we much appreciated the forgiveness we received from the staff when we exceeded the check-out time with hours by our own mistake.

Vera good from incheck to outcheck. Grab and go was a good service. Rooms good everthing you need from cofee and tea toiletartikelen föhn safe good beds.
