The apartment is close to a good supermarket and some nice cafeterias. The location suited our needs as we have family nearby and the metro was only a few minutes walk away. It is a nice, quiet neighbourhood. The photos in the ad are a good representation of the apartment and it was good value. There was good air conditioning and heating. The apartment felt secure because of the extra key coded doors at the front entrance and the bars on the apartment windows.

To be improved

Only one key and we were 3 in our group, although there is a key safe at the entrance where we could have left the one key it if were going out separately. The bathroom had been overlooked by the cleaners which was unpleasant but the managers sent cleaners to sort it out two days into our stay by which time we had bought cleaning products and cleaned it ourselves. The floor was also dirty and gritty on the feet, there were dust balls and hair in corners but once we swept it ourselves we were more comfortable. The sound of keys opening and locking doors in the hallway was quite loud but was only from time to time so it didn't bother us much. Despite the hiccups I would still book this apartment as overall it suited our needs.
