- Keys could only be collected at a pre-agreed time. A safe lock key with entry code would have been much better. - Host was there when first guest arrived to sign contract. E-docu sign would have been better. -Host couldn't provide 2 sets of keys for 2 guests which made out trip challenging as we had to co-ordinate different calendars! - A few details completely missed on the house: one frying pan provided which is too big for the hob, Microwave seems to be encrusted onto a wall with a smaller hole area so everytime you opened the microwave you would catch your fingers, Milka pods on coffee machine were completely dry, no decaf coffee, no jug for water, only one tea towel. - Very small. - Basement indoor flat, only window goes to a garage entrance.

The issues with the deposit arose when the website provided by the host for payment malfunctioned. Despite my attempts to resolve this the day before our arrival, the problem persisted. The host assured me that having my card number saved would suffice. Additionally, he pledged to send check-in information at 3pm. Despite being punctual, I encountered delays as the host only appeared online at 3:30pm, demanding the deposit and directing me to a dysfunctional platform. Ready to transfer the funds directly to his bank account (150€), I faced further delays due to his slow response rate, causing me to be late for my important working meeting. We eventually checked in at 4:30pm. It has now been three days, and my deposit has not been refunded. No receipt indicating the processing of the transfer was provided, and the host refuses to return the money via the original method. I cannot recommend staying with this host.

Nothing to note
