“I can’t recommend this hotel to anyone.”

It is inconvenient for me that my husband and I were placed in a small room with a view of the elevator, and my friend, who lived alone, was placed in a standard room. Although I paid the same price for both rooms. When I checked in, I asked which room was for two and which was for one. The receptionist answered me. In the end, it turned out that we lived together in a small room with a view of the elevator, so the window was always closed. Our room was not soundproofed and I heard everyone who passed by our door, because the distance from the bed to the door was one meter.

The room itself was okay but pretty small and there were no outside windows except one big one looking into other rooms, also room was very badly isolated you can hear pretty much everything happening outside even the metro, breakfast was okay as i said but it wasn’t very various, bathroom doesn’t have proper doors only glass doors which can’t be locked

The hotel is located on a quiet street. The metro station is not far from the hotel. The breakfast is good. The staff is friendly and ready to help.

To be improved

This is a nice hotel. But they gave us a room with a view of the elevator, very small for two adults. The receptionist saw that there were three of us. I asked several times which room is better for two and which is better for one? The price for both rooms was the same. But one person was placed in a standard spacious room. I saw this room in the evening, when our things were unpacked and we had already taken a shower. I do not understand why the person at the reception made the wrong placement. Especially since I paid for both rooms.
