“Comfortable and relaxing stay and we enjoyed the food in San Sebastian”

We liked the location, the cleanliness of the apartment and the comfortable beds. It's close to several bakery shops and we particularly liked Ogi Berri bakery and cafe just round the corner for breakfast.

To be improved

We followed the check in instructions and downloaded the app to open the gate and apartment door. It didn't work so we had to call them. They were quick and responsive and we managed to check in. I was rather disappointed that there were no basic amenities like shampoo and body wash in the bathroom when we checked in. I had to specifically request for these to be provided which they did the next day. There was also no coffee or tea provided which I thought was basic service.
