A decent hotel for a 1 night stay, had all the essentials. Excellent value for money. Had a nice basic cafe attached to it.

To be improved

Nothing really, it’s what I expected for a cheap motorway services hotel!

Staff were kind and attentive. Clean rooms and appliances, air con, etc. in good working order

To be improved

Noise from bar, cafeteria, restaurant area at very early hours propagated to the sleeping quarters. There is a door which was seldom shut, which could have helped to mitigate the noise propagation, and this upset my sleep. A spring loaded mechanism to keep it shut at all times would have made a difference. Staff could and should advice customers to keep a a quiet environment when entering their rooms, closing their room doors, etc. Mattresses were to stiff and uncomfortable.
