Nice place located in a peaceful neighborhood. 12 min away by car from Albir and 5 min away from Altea. I'll definitely come back!

The best

Really very nice duplex with everything needed for the holiday and amazing garden with sofas and lounge area. Please note its far from the beach (need to ride 10 min by car to the closest beach) but the urbanization is very calm and relaxing. Would recommend it for long family stay. Also very nice administraton ready to answer all the quieries and questions.

To be improved

ALso please note that the pool is not private and the washing machine is also for all the duplexes. For us all these was not a problem.

“Very relaxing stay with some disapointments that could have been avoided.”

The best

very calm environmemt, parking spot, nice private garden, pool mostly available to ourself, very close to altea by car.

To be improved

there is no washing machine in the property. instead there is a shared washing machine in an old garage box. window blinds in the rooms are broken and cannot be closed + curtains are very bright letting a lot of light thru. advertised as having 2 bathrooms, in reality there is 1 full bathroom upstairs with toilet and 1 separate toilet downstares. Overall cleanliness could be better.
