It has just been completely renovated to a very high-end standard with stunning Porcelanosa and Living Ceramics tiles that perfectly match the Mediterranean-Bali style of the house. It truly looks better than the pictures – the photos don’t do it justice and where made before the renovation. The villa is private, peaceful, and full of charm. It has a gorgeous garden with a private swimming pool with Bali green tiles and even its own lemon tree – such a special touch. One bedroom bathroom has a luxurious jacuzzi (120x180) and a large, brand-new wardrobe, while the second bedroom bathroom features a high-end cascade shower from the ceiling, surrounded by stunning Bottega Calida tiles – a real spa experience. Bought bathroom very specious. Every bedroom has a large flat-screen TV, and the living room features an **enormous 98-inch screen** with fantastic surround sound – perfect for movie nights! The entire house also has **built-in WiFi-connected speakers**, allowing you to play the same music in every space or different music in each bathroom and dinning room – an amazing setup for relaxing or entertaining. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a top-of-the-line **Jura coffee machine** for coffee lovers. There’s also a grill in the garden, perfect for a BBQ evening. Outdoor are as well sets for chill out and sun beds. The large, modern sofa in the living room fits 6–8 people and even converts into an electric sofa bed for extra comfort. Upstairs, there’s a second living room with **panoramic views** of the sea and the city – a peaceful, inspiring spot to relax or work, surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows on three sides. The ceilings throughout the house are high (2.5m), with an entrance reaching over 5m, which gives the whole villa a luxurious, airy atmosphere.
