“Loved the apartment, just be aware of last minute changes”
The best

The apartment was charming, clean, and very comfortable. The location was ideal—close to everything we needed. We really appreciated the convenience of a full kitchen and in-unit washer. When we had a minor issue with the TV, someone came out to assist us within an hour, which we really appreciated.

To be improved

We received the door code and room/floor number a day or two before our arrival, which I had added to our travel itinerary. However, on the day of check-in, the property management switched our apartment and sent a new email—which I unfortunately missed. As a result, we unsuccessfully attempted to enter the originally assigned unit around 10 PM, which we later realized was occupied. We felt terrible and can only imagine how alarming that must have been for the people inside. After a phone call, the situation was eventually resolved, but the response over the phone felt a bit curt.
